I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. You have to very good at your task showcase to get attention. Higher management not aware of the lower employees contribution. Employees are treated good if they are working in a good project, or else ignored. Not very good company culture to work with.

Working hours are not defined, management are failed as team management. Lots of work load is there in less salary. Increment is very less here until unless you are not relative of management or good in politics. For a currier growth a big NO to join this company.
