The company is a private company, which is mainly driven by founder advice's & policies adopted in the company, however an as employee our suggestion & innovative ideas are considered with the board approval. The company provides security services to various sectors such as industries, hotels, Hospitals,Malls, etc. There is very thin layer of job securities & career growth. my colleagues are very supportive and work happily in collaboration....Read More

Dislikes

Don't have any Compensation and growth is very slow. The work pressure is high,i have to work extra hr every day. There is no proper planning.The is no guidance how to proceed on financial planning. Decisions are taken very late which hampers the company.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
