This company is based in East zone but governed by south Indian people , who don't know culture of East zone. It is a distribution house and different then production. Overall management problem. Some senior employees are from other then Automobile spare parts distribution field. IT people can't handle Automobile.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
