I love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a good client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we worked happily in collaboration.

Growth was a bit slow otherwise all good.

Generally speaking,my work was slightly challenging as i had to look after the entire management process but it was exciting as well.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The Job Is Quite Interesting ! I Struggled A Bit In The Beginning As There Was No Formal Training Session , I Learnt Everything On The Job . I Got A Chance To Wear Multiple Hats And That Helped Me Get A Taste Of Different Roles Within The Same Team .
