As long as I learn well, and I am better at technology person end of the day, it is good for me and company too. I am technology passionate person and got rewarded time to time. Some people are like political distractions but as long as someone him or her self focused rest is taken care. the best thing about boss is he gives chance to try out new things and appreciates techies so average and below people feel really bad. I think for me one of the best companies I worked. Not sure why people are reluctant to write about time to time snacks, birthday parties picnics, and surprise bonus to deserving people........Read More

Newly shifted to new office. Small firm of 8 developer and tester. The organization is manage and owned by husband and wife. 100% focus on work, 0% on employee satisfaction. Good salary, but no work appreciation. Things work the way management want. Very less leaves get approve, consider 11 leaves per year and top of that alternate Saturday working. 1 US project(works on old asp.net technology) on which this organization is standing upon, they should start exploring and build real base. You will get to learn good things if you are fresher or having less experience. If you are having experience more than 4 year think wisely before accepting offer. Overall its depends on your behavior will you able to survive for long or not. If you are quite and can listen anything management says then you will live long or else you may quit as soon as you can!!...Read More
