Work culture, salary which is never on time. Tries evading taxes by giving some amount in bank and some on cash. Rest incentives are given in hand. Some employees takes cash in hand, who has no concern for future growth. No overtime. Holidays cannot be encashed. On some holidays, manage ment will appreciate if you work but no extra pay. Very poor leads generation. Doesn't recruit based on capability, but rather on low salary without expertise....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
