Excellent work culture. Everybody especially the top management and leaders are very humble. There is an environment where any employee can work freely without being stressed. Every employee has an opportunity to present their ideas since the leadership team is easily accessible and open to hearing out.

Dislikes

Nothing to be disliked really. One feedback would be that the % of the hike/appraisal can be better, considering the amount of output delivered by individuals. Apart from that, personally, I haven't experienced any issues like politics or job security or lack of learning etc. Sometimes employees have to stretch and work across time zones, but that's the need of the hour in this industry....Read More

Only thing I can think of is, there should be Incentive given by company over the package like most multinationals, not as Variable Pay Incentive which got deducted from my own monthly salary and is paid yearly. Even when my performance is better than most, the VPI I'd recieve (some % bonus)is what I'd have got in as interest in bank or as a fixed deposit. It's no where what I'd expect as a good performance bonus. Just to quote, one of my the companies I'd worked with used to pay bonus over the package and a gold coin, which looks good as appreciation. The salary deduction plus % addition is not an acceptable bonus....Read More

At Trinamix one should get good Job security. Open door policy makes easy to reach out to management. Company policies makes sure employee welfare. Work culture is also very good where employees can friendly environment.

Some time work life balance is not maintained due to workload and multiple projects.

Sometimes working more than 10hrs ,there are very less trainings what ever we required. Yearly holidays are very less compare to other companies
