Position Overview:
Trinamix is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Planning Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using Oracle ERP and related tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and optimization of supply chain processes, enabling our clients to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Conduct assessments of current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
•  Develop and implement best practices for supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting using Oracle applications.
•  Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and functionalities.
• Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle applications and other enterprise systems.
• Train and mentor client teams on Oracle Supply Chain Planning tools and methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Oracle product enhancements to continuously optimize client solutions.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•  Proven experience as a Supply Chain Architect or similar role, preferably with Oracle SCM applications.
•  Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications is highly desirable.
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions to optimize inventory, forecasting, and demand planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

2. System Configuration and Customization:

•  Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules to align with business needs and ensure best practices.
•  Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to implement effective supply chain planning solutions.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including but not limited to Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising.
• Stay updated with Oracle’s latest updates and technologies related to supply chain planning and proactively apply them to enhance system performance.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

•  Analyze supply chain data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
•  Design and develop reports and dashboards using Oracle analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
•  Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on Oracle SCM functionalities and best practices.

6. Project Management:

•  Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and change management.
•  Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

7. System Testing and Validation:
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of supply chain solutions before roll-out.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and user experience.

8. Continuous Improvement:

•  Recommend enhancements to existing processes and solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with industry trends.
•  Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team by leveraging best practices and lessons learned.

9. Documentation and Compliance:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to supply chain operations.

10. Mentorship and Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and peers in the area of supply chain planning.
•  Act as a thought leader within Trinamix, sharing insights on emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management

11. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•  Extensive experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
