Sometimes work pressure is more as employee is involved in multiple projects/demos which effects work-life balance. Management has worked on it in past but still have scope to work on it.

Generally i got good quality worked in Trinamix. Learned and worked on Oracle cloud projects and was part of new products development in Trinamix.

The company is good and focuses on latest technology and practices, internal training programs in the company helps employees to learn new technologies and also provides exposure to the employee to master their skills on the live projects under supervision of seniors. I really like the positive and helpful nature of all employees and management towards each other. At Trinamix one should get good Job security. Open door policy makes easy to reach out to management. Company policies makes sure employee welfare. Work culture is also very good where employees can friendly environment.

Its been a great learning experience here. You basically hon your skills while working on the project. however at the same time you need to understand that you have a life out of office too and spend leisure time with family.
