Plz don't opt for this company. Forget abt acknowledgement, there is no satisfaction for your performance. Till time you adjust and available in any odd times, they keep on pressurizing with work loads. Once you raise voice for yourself, you are worst employee and manipulative also. There is lots of favorism. If have God father in this company (higher mgmt referral), they will tolerate, even if you don't work. However once you start growing independent (without any referral), you are screwed up. And mgmt doesn't want to listen 'no', at any cost. Salary, work life balance etc are all in dreams here. They expect you just work work work work and work, with heads down, with lots of politics, with no acknowledgements, no remuneration....Read More

Favorite, least salary, hierarchy politics, no work life balance. If you don't work and just become conformist, they will retail you at any cost. This is not the place for true and honest career aspirants.

Screwed up, no benefits at all. Not even sick leaves. They will dump you with lots of work. And sugar coat with opportunity, learning etc.

Excellent work culture. Everybody especially the top management and leaders are very humble. There is an environment where any employee can work freely without being stressed. Every employee has an opportunity to present their ideas since the leadership team is easily accessible and open to hearing out.

Dislikes

Nothing to be disliked really. One feedback would be that the % of the hike/appraisal can be better, considering the amount of output delivered by individuals. Apart from that, personally, I haven't experienced any issues like politics or job security or lack of learning etc. Sometimes employees have to stretch and work across time zones, but that's the need of the hour in this industry.

One gets a good opportunity to work on latest technologies along with collaboration with strong resource pool who really are expert in their own area. People here believe in Learning and Sharing and they are really helpful in each and every stage of your carrier.

Dislikes

We get a good compensation for our work but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes 14-16 hours of work straight in a day as we have to attend client calls at late night. Also the company doesn't have any policy to benefit employees in COVID like pandemic situation, we are not really getting any thing extra in terms of money, facility, special leaves etc. unlike other companies.

TRINAMIX works with flexibility with strong base and dynamic verticals it allow me to get the best and latest knowledge of the work enviroment.it allow and teach me to drop down your legacy and step up with the change as per the need, so this come with the flexibility what trinamix taught to us. generally we saw in maximum company there is hierarchy of management so if someone have any doubt then follow the hierarchy but not here we can access to our management or higher level to sort out our problem very easily so there is no communication gap and this is the actual work culture in trinamix, people are too supportive and helping . yes there is job security if company spend so much resource to its employee so company wont loose there experience employee capability. company having very lenant policy of working allow us to do work from home, even in this pandemic get support from management that if you not feel good take rest no need of work but to intimate your manager. What I like is there are groups where people share and genuinely work for issues raised. Work culture is unfavorable because there should be a time limit of work set by the company itself, there are lack of resources so existing resources are overburdened by work. Also for support projects there should be proper allocation and expectations set for the client specially for the holidays in India. The way Trinamix is focusing on the availability of resources, It should also work for the unavailability of resources. The work pressure is very high, Work life balance is not there, 14-16 hrs of work has become a norm now which is very unfavorable to me and my health. Even if I take leave I have to work so these conditions discourage me a lot. There is no family time here. Also talking about the training schedule, since there are meetings scheduledon an Ad-hoc basis so those trainings are missed as live trainings we can also have chance to ask questions we will not have such a facility by listening to recordings. There should be an appropriate system for Knowledge Transfer for the employees leaving the company, currently the system for KT is very unorganized and haphazard. There should be a facility where an employee can take leaves as per his or her requirements on an ad-hoc basis as well without any fear of not performing assigned tasks that day or during those days, For me these conditions have been very discouraging during work from home. So I would like the management to work for more and more availability of resources for any project so that we are left with some bandwidth for our personal time with family as well....Read More

Sales and project management lacks in negotiating with clients about efforts estimates and sometimes unrealistic timelines are provided. This affects employees work-life balance, many times people don't get time to have timely diet, proper sleep and not able to give time to family members. Need to fight to get recognized for work done and get good increments.

Overall, working at Trinamix is challenging as well as being a small company, you get to explore new technologies and opportunities. Sometimes, it becomes difficult and hectic to maintain work-life balance but in the end, you will get rewarded
