Never seen a terrible company, pls do not waste your time with their HRs and recruiting team. I cleared all the rounds of interview and still I was not recruited. I think they got someone with same skills agreeing to work with less salary. If that so, I'm happy for that person. But they just didn't call me back at least to say that I was not selected. I had email everyone with some harsh words<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Then I received a call stating they didn't get any update from higher management</mark>. This is not acceptable. Good work envionment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managememt is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcarde fot chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics anf thr management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years nefore which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing that I can think of. Nothing specific. It's a below average work culture and practice.

Very conservative environment/ work cutlure. No process in place. Very old traditional approach which is toally outdated in todays business trend / practice. too much of micromanagement.. everyone in the management directly gets involved in micromanagement of the employees ( right form the VP to sales head to Directors. too many review meetings everyday. No tools in place. No job security right from 1st monthi. People are Hired and Fired in a jiffy. The company still claims to be cmml4 and Microsoft gold certified but both these certifications have expired long back ( few yrs ago). they have not gone for recertifcation again. This company doesnt have a single CC tv camera anywhere in or outside the office premises. You can imagine the plight....Read More
