Good work environment and culture but some problems to chase the targets on time because of not available some types materials due to time consuming for decisions .in the team our v p is supportive and transparent. There's salary is on time every month with a little failure. Bonus and salary hike is also work/performance wise for everyone.

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't support without knocking many times for your site requirement/issues. Salary is decent but career growth is not more according to hard work. There's only 1 month mutual understanding notice period without any written bond due to this job is not secure.

Work Details

I work here with more interesting . I struggled here with lot of energy and hard work for proof myself and than I work here for a long periods.i work here at 3 to 4 sites one by one within the same team with the good support by V P sir.
