I have had the chance to work with a dedicated team very committed to their work which gave me a lot of satisfaction.

Dislikes

As far as management is concerned it is missing corporate professionalism. There is hardly any career growth or development so to speak of, but will teach you to improve your patience levels tremendously.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
