Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

We can learn Shipping process. They are not maintaining documents properly. but salary is very low after 10 th salary credit into the account. We have to buy company stationary our own money next month we can claim through petty cash which amount is credit after 25. Management not that much good. They didn't pay money to vendors andalso they didn't pay security amount to customer so vendors and customers scold documentation person if we report this to means management not responce for this...Read More
