Nothing but the IITK infrastructure.

Their work culture was very poor (will call you to work even on Sundays and holidays, will ask you to stay over and finish an extra load of works even if it is 9 pm), their habit of pushing for goal achievement in an unrealistic time frame without the proper resources at the disposal. Also, there is a lack of proper targets and goalposts, which keeps changing, even on a daily basis. No long term dedicated plans and mostly doing the patchworks just to somehow present it to the clients instead of taking a step back and making dedicated efforts to robust the technical expertise and IP. Also, they don't have an objective system to evaluate the performance of the employee and it is done on the whims and wishes of the one person, who heads the company. They also backtracked from their promise/terms mentioned in the offer letter regarding annual bonus and when contested, challenged me to take the legal recourse which I didn't take due to many unforeseen complications due to my family not asking me to do so as legal cases often stretch long and can take ugly turns due to corruption and all. There are many other minute things which couldn't be mentioned here which happens on a daily basis. One such thing is that the person who heads the company is a former of IIT Kanpur and still behaves, in the same manner, as if he is the 'all know professor' and employees are their naive students (in terms of scolding, yelling, and not listening to your point of view). Simply, you can't just argue with him, within a few minutes it will be turned into 'you vs him war' and he will win as he is your boss. Seldom he pays heeds to other suggestions and opinions. I would say, I myself may not be the perfect employee and these are my personal opinions, but still try to understand that 'there can be no smoke unless there is a fire'.
