Likes

There are no job securities in almost any private companies in India at present. Though Transarch Solutions tries to ensure to provide job securities to its employees at the level best. Work culture is best at Transarch Solutions as per my experience. Management is very good & cordial to it's employees and company policies are very clear to it's employees.

No disliking as of now as per my experience.

Work Details

Working as manager administration and at the same time supervising 2 processes going on in Transarch.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
