Company is open to Innovation and adopts technology at employee expense. You have to learn and implement all new things within a night, no process, no management.

Dislikes

No benefits for employees, Weak appraisals and asked to work at old timings even at nights. Expect a call at any time, many times at night.

Hectic without mentorship.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
