Salaries on time, but no growth.

I have worked with TopD Alliance Pvt Limited and my experience was disappointing. While the salary was always on time, there were numerous issues that overshadowed this one positive aspect. The office politics were unbearable, making it hard to focus and get things done. Different teams were constantly at odds, creating a chaotic atmosphere. The incentive plan was terrible, offering little motivation to excel. Despite working hard and doing well, there was no recognition or appreciation by managers and senior leaders, which was incredibly disheartening. The company senior management really need to step up and take the work environment more seriously. Appraisals were delayed, adding to the overall frustration. In summary, I wouldn’t recommend working at TopD Alliance Pvt Limited unless they make significant improvements to their work culture and start valuing their employees more....Read More

I have worked in this company for one year and there is nothing that I liked about it it is the worst company one can go to even it is a waste of time to go to this company as they are hiring for a role of “copy things from word and paste it to linkedin and send it to people” that is what they call marketing.

Dislikes

1. There is no leave policy and people are supposed to do slavery for this company else there is a salary deduction for every leave 2. None of the festival are marked as holiday and are not able to take leave at any of the holiday 3. Micromanagement is on it peaks in this company everything including (Breaks timings, phone usage, even water in tea ) is measured in this measured by company. 4. Salary was told to be X amount but there are several deductions in the same and variable is also a deduction as the target is non achievable one. 5. Working environment is very bad....Read More

This company is a lesson for me, the organization has 2 offices in the building, both offices has different rules and regulations as per there managers, in one team 2 people cant be on leave on the same day as they state it's a company rule and in the second team 2-3 people always take leave on same day, how a company policy can differ in teams? Second, there is immense amount of pressure, and targets are too high as per the low salary they are offering, not even the industry standard. No appraisals on time, micromanagement, managers think they are the CEO's of the company, relationships are not allowed but people have married in same team then no one is there to listen your point as they defend each other partner....Read More
