Dislikes

Organizational policies are not at place. No thumb rule for judging employee effectiveness. No policies with clientele boarding. Affiliation to only broker fees not always allow to establish proper market reproach. Lacking of proper policy & documentation is adverse for the employee. The Directors want it to be so. Hardly a sales employee works as in a career growth option.

Work Details

U have to visit almost everyday or say 4 days a week a market that may range to a distance travel/ day is 150 kms. U have to use ur own byke for it. Then again more than 20 days un a month you have to demonstrate the same.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
