Still trying to figure out what is exactly I like about working with Thyrocare

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Almost everything except maybe 1 or 2 things.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Poor
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

I can say only from my profiles point of view that if you don't have any issues with the promised salary and the unnecessary deductions and unexpected work orders and requests than working with Thyrocare as a phlebotomist is not so bad.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
