The working environment is very toxic and negative, women gets harrass sexually and no one does anything. The directors even pass mean comments like "she might have provoked the guy". They never appreciate hard working people, they never listen to what their employees has to say. They use slangs openly on the floor and humiliate other people thinking it's funny. The salary is never on time. The HR is really humble and helpful. Without her I wouldn't have survived there this long. They only appreciate wrong people. The directors always try to please a certain group of people. Ordinary employees like us will always feel uncomfortable and humiliated. They terminate people without any proper reason and without any notice. People who has a family to feed should never rely on this company. I still didn't get my 17 days salary.
