Likes

You will get a good exposure to the Hot Tech , Consulting skills . TWs core values are really practicised in the projects and everyone is very diligent for that. Job Security is there and infact no one got laid off in tough covid time and even compensation also didnt get effected.

Sometimes compensation is up to the market .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
