Once you agree a Offer letter is sent to you and they also mentions the time slot that you should available for the interview at the place. Once you reach there then you will find yourself with 100's of other candidates facing group interviews. You will see bunch of employees faking to be working there, so that it doesn't seems like a fraud company. After you clear the written and technical interview you will reach the HR round, Where despite answering all the questions in all the rounds correctly, they claim that you lack certain skills and demand for 2.5 lakhs INR for your "TRAINING" purpose.
