Don't fall for their deceitful facade. The recruitment process begins with an aptitude test, followed by a call from their HR department congratulating you on passing. They dangle the promise of further interviews, all conveniently located in a remote location in Chennai. Upon arrival, the charade continues as they feign professionalism during technical and HR interviews. But don't be fooled; it's all part of their elaborate ruse. After enduring their grueling interview process, you receive a provisional offer letter, painting a rosy picture of remote work and a provided laptop. However, the true colors of this nefarious scheme reveal themselves shortly after. They inform you that your technical skills didn't meet their undisclosed expectations and, shockingly, demand a hefty sum of (Vary for everyone) INR for training. And here's the kicker: they have the audacity to sweeten the deal with a measly 15,000 INR stipend, conveniently absent from the initial offer letter. ****ALL REVIEWS IN AMBITION BOX, GLASSDOOR,GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE PAID REVIEWS BY THE COMPANY**** First When you apply for this company they conduct a Aptitude test and later you get a call from Hr department, and they say you passed the test, next round of the interview(technical interview,basic Hr interview) is in remote location in Chennai. and they will ask will you able to come. and they will send us a provisional offer letter. When you went to office for the interview everyone acts like a professionals. After the technical intetrview and basic interview, they say our team will call you . Later after one day they call you and say "you got the job we will provide a laptop, and work from home, but your technical skill didn't reach the expectations so we are providing a training for that so you have to PAY 1,50,000 FOR THAT" and they will pay you 15,000 stifund which is not provided in provisional offer letter(where thier true colors are open)...Read More

When you accept the offer, they'll ask you to pay 2.5 to 5 lakhs. Initially they'll mention all the sweet points, such as 6LPA salary for fresher, WFH, allowances, increament, etc .
