1) 5 day working; every Saturday is an off 2) Good learning experience for freshers and interns 3) No strict dress code, I've seen people wearing ripped jeans inside office. 4) Seniors are supportive

Dislikes

1) Alot of free time in between projects 2) Office politics and gossip sessions amongst colleagues. 3) Work load can be high sometimes. 4) Work from home is not allowed.
