Work environment is better, and everyone help eachother, no politics in this company atleast not yet. You can improve your skills but i think it's just a little bit you can learn from here because technology choice is less and it's a startup company. I am pretty sure there will be many improvements in this company.

They promise lot of things but in the end they can't keep their promise, example: "we will be starting AngularJS this month and you(me) are going to work on it", and then the month passes, still the same old jQuery.
