Nothing. Simply wasted my valuable time with this company. They are just having executive level knowledge people as a team where they must train other recruiters or interns. First of all, the trainer must have proper data, relevant data which suits the vacant position. These people won't have it but expects to hire in bulk.

Everything * No proper information will be given * No proper training * Salary benefits are very low which doesn't match to the workload * They don't know how to plan * Irrelevant data for the vacant position

While the company has a generally positive atmosphere, my experience was quite unsatisfactory. After being promoted to Team Leader, I was unexpectedly demoted within six months and often felt aside. I was excluded from key planning discussions, left to monitor my team while others collaborated behind closed doors.
