Very bad management, There is nothing for an employee to grow. There is no stability, no job security, nothing is done systematically. There is no benefit and compensation provided by the company. I have worked approximately 2 years, and have seen the management firing employees for no such reasons and then hiring another and then asking them to leave after two three months and again doing the same with other employees. They hire staff in wedding season and ask them to leave in off season. It was such a bad experience. I would personally not recommend anyone to work there....Read More

Very bad management, There is no job security and stability. The growth of employee is zero. Nothing is done systematically. Owner themselves are the management, No support will be given from the management and so much of politics. It was such a bad experience in my whole career. If any employee raise question against their unjustified decisions, they directly fire that person.

Very bad, there is no management who work in favour of employee. And such long working hours and one week day off. No CL/EL provided. No off provided on festivals and govt holidays. Your personal life will be spoiled.
