I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They are not partial with the employee. They can dismiss their commitment with the employee as per their need. They made their work get completed and then starts making issues on irrelevant things and make the employee to left the company so that they don't have to pay the employee.
