Everything is good.All the staff has maintained good decipline. I never see the working style among us. They have family culture. This culture is never be seen to other. From the employers site also always try to keep friendly environment.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
