No work culture, they do not train you, i had never given IELTS exam in my life but still hired me as a trainer and asked me to lie about this to my students

I am working for the British study center in Diwanyah city, Iraq, It is a well known school managed by an Iraqi staff, but established by the UK. The school has many branches around the country. I could work two days a week because of what is going on in the country. I feel so relaxed working for this school.

The work environment was average. But team members were very supportive. The bosses were friendly but growth is average.
