I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Dislikes

Salary is 3 months delayed and people don't get fnf and last month salary. They will simply disown you once you leave the job. Absolutely no job security. Owner can take your job instantly at any moment. Also they're very much abusive, will insult you with terrible language.
