The workplace is very toxic place where bullying and caste discrimination are rampant. the staff frequently uses derogatory third class language and shockingly no one raises objection even more disturbing is that few of the female employees are involved in this cheap small minded behavior this kind of environment is unacceptable

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
