I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

If you truly enjoy being under extreme pressure 24/7, having no work-life balance, then this may be the place for you.

Dislikes

It's a living hell. Management is horrible, there is no balance to anything. 10 days of work is expected in 2 days time. No salary, appraisals, bonuses, compensation for overtime which is a staple. You get scolded and taunted for leaving on time even when finishing the tasks in time. Even on weekends you get calls and texts about updates. So no, this was not a good place to work at all.
