I like the work environment of this firm a lot. Besides, the JIO campus is the main highlight wherein you will get 12 amazing cafeterias with delicious menus along with a swimming pool, gym, cricket stadium, and basketball court. Also, the management is quite supportive and ensures comfort and convenience for each member.

Dislikes

There should be a weekly meeting with the head so that the whole team is on the same page towards the vision.

It needs to improve on its people management and cultural ambiance. And they are open to that, which is a good step towards improvement. Work-life balance is a bit tough if you are not good at time management. CEO connects should be more there for aligning and the whole team towards the vision and also know about their people in detail, so that more people-centric policies are built.
