terrible,I was hirect for a technical project but put into a call center/BPO project.team wasn't billing to work due to profile. I was given the reponsibility of a PM and after 2mnths of project handover.when project was stable Asked 4 resign due to cost

Every other employee has his uncle at a higher position, readily available to intervene and bypass the process. Too much of Politics and communism. Your manager will target you for every attempt.

Manager will get his work done and fire you within 6 months. You are supposed to be working 24*7 as you are working from home/office.

Ensure to get the right information before adding a spot on your career and resume. Least professional organisation. HR works with your manager, will pass on the feedback with names. No spine in any of the HR to take a stand for the employee.

Nothing, Muslim dominated compnay. They have fired me even though I was in a billable position stating that they dont have any projects in pipeline, all the muslims are safe though. Over 100 people have been sacked taking COVID-19 as an excuse, out of that 96 are Hindu's, all muslims are safe. Great Work

It's all a good company trying to achieve all. It tries to take care of it's employee if you get a neutral HRBP.

My HRBP bends down to my manager. Manager being into the girls, he always preferred them. If he likes that girl, and you are on break with her, your job is done in next 3 months. By experience was bad because of my Manager.

Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays.
