Work environment was not good, no job security as well. Providing graveyard shift but not meals with that which is a worst part like we have to manage all the things ourself.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
