It's all a good company trying to achieve all. It tries to take care of it's employee if you get a neutral HRBP.

My HRBP bends down to my manager. Manager being into the girls, he always preferred them. If he likes that girl, and you are on break with her, your job is done in next 3 months. By experience was bad because of my Manager.

Telus is a very well known and also my experience with telus is very wonderful but the prossec I am working in is not at all good no work balance but if I talk about it’s an amazing company to work with as fresher ambiance is amazing cab facilities on time salary’s perfect ☺️

What I truly appreciate about working at TELUS International is the vibrant and inclusive work culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.

While I value working at TELUS International, there are areas for improvement. Salaries should better align with roles and responsibilities, and night shift allowances should be extended to operations employees for fairness. Providing joining kits for operations staff, similar to call center employees, would enhance the onboarding experience. Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays.
