Good place to work with Different process and many business Verticals. Management is average. Facilities are nice. WFH option available for few projects.

Rotational shifts, very few opportunities to learn and grow. Though you have leave balance you cannot take leave as manpower planning is not done correctly. The company just expects you to only work, there is No employee engagement done...Not a good place to work

Teleperformance has been really terrible with transparency and clarity, while working from home, money for WAHA has not been dispatched on time, no increment and no communication ever from management or HR team. Apparently everyone is always way too busy to communicate and sort the issues.
