Good working environment and culture. Team mates and management are supportive and help you in your growth. Company policies are good and with the team of employee care, all the issues of the employees are taken care and resolved. Good salary hike, timely promotions and bonuses are given. It was quite interesting! I got a chance to work with a lot of people across sites. Traveling to other sites have an exposure to my skills and abilities. Got to work with very supportive team members and leaders, no bosses 😊
