The worst experienced I ever been faced in that organization there are so many incedent which was happened and the internal management is extremely poor even I don't have the words for that. If someone is working on the review please arrange a Hr who is not work under operation.

There is no security at all so I would not suggest anyone to go there. My process got ramped down and they didn't even provide interneral movement since they have lots of processes to move to but they didn't even bothered for a bit.

There are no security for job at all. I used to work here and suddenly the process ramped down and management didn't even bothered to provide us internal movement, however they have take over a lot of new processes.

I like the comfort in the office atmosphere and some supervised are really good in term limits of support they provide to the employees

Dislikes

Company policies are very bad incentives and appraisals are very low and there are no leaves at all. Single Unplanned leave can take your wholes month’s incentive. Even if you are sick you have to inform a week before to get your leave added in the roaster. There are no half days also. Company record all your production hours. If you are efficient in your work you will be burdened with loads of work. Promotion are only given to the manager’s favourites. And the whole IJP criteria is very long and slow. There are people working after clearing their promotion interviews but not getting promoted because managers cannot get there replacements in the process. Many people leave this company because of the appraisals and bad management. Annual appraisals are not more than 500rs in the total salary....Read More
