HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.

Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

nothing, work is easy but it is made difficult by doing nitpicking in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations....Read More

Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.
