Terrible place to work. They dont understand human values. Worst choice I've ever made. Whilst they could be doing well in domestic business and contact centre management they have no clue how to run F&A oursourcing. Right from the word go from presales, RFP, Solutioning, Transition and Operation model they have made a mess of it. Very ineffective senior management who does not know how to run a workforce. Some cases they even deliberately torment the workforce and currently running at a very high rate of attrition and absconding cases. It will be a few good years by the time they even catch up to the basic standards of the other F&A outsourcing companies in the Industry....Read More

Dislikes

They show a vivid discrimination in my current account on south indians. They think teams from south india are not capable of delivering tasks. They should understand most of the succesful F&A business are run from chennai for decades. Very bad rude behaviours on the production floor by senior management...totally a hostile environment.
