Teleperformance is an excellent place to learn on real time basis.
Fantastic work culture and work life balance.
Best place to enhance growth and knowledge.
Fast paced work but highly efficient and helpful colleagues.
Dislikes
Teleperformance is a very big and good company but there salary packages are little as per corporate culture .
If i will talk about increment part, They are lacking on the same.
They should improve there salary and increment plan

If you are think about job security then boss you need to go another company because there are so much politics there overall management is pathetic they only consider their fav person instead of hard working. Work culture not good. Specially company policies pathetic in their company every single person break the rules like I'd / PW sharing eachother but they only blame one person just bcz they don't want to see in company. The worse company I ever worked, they took advantage of compulsion from me, I've experienced the worse work culture in TP they never think about thier employees they have asked me to work on my week off also and never gave me any single leave for any urgent cum important work we can only have our week off and in that also it is not sure that they will not disturb you, my supervisor's behaviour was pathetic and because of him only I left this company it's tagline is far away from the actual fact which is WORK+FUN=TP. They have deducted my 1.5 days salary in my notice period because of their technical issue in system never go for this company salary is also very low you can't even afford a simple life with that salary. I've spent my 1.1 year just because I was bounded with family responsibilities. There is nothing to say about likes for this company....Read More

Teleperformance have a biased job culture! The quality analyst are just to poor on their jobs. I have seen more deserving assistance have slow growth.. Apart from that all features are extremely good.
