Everything. From security guard to BHR. The company is not at all employee centric. There are no benefits for employee. Everyone in the management is just busy in satisfying the clients. Majorel is great place to work as the work environment is truly ezxceptionsl. from the moment you setup into their offices, you can sense a positive energy and emphasis on collaboration, innvoation, and respect for their employees. The managment is really great from my point of view, all the manager, the colleague are very friendly and supportive. Everyone makes you feel at hjome. If someone wants to grow thier career then this is the splendid place. it offers growth opportunities very early than other orgranizatrions. Even after trying they are not able to do so as the budget proposed is not enough to celebrate a single occasion. Always working makes employees life stressfull and there is nothing to release this stress.

If you didn't get job anywhere, then I recommend to join tp. They'll hire you.

If you are going for udhyog vihar, tp then the few of process are worse. Once agent are completed there training and handover in floor then next month they leave that company due to bad company behaviour work life are terrible you didn't get satisfaction over there especially in SBIC.
