Teleperformance in India provides you lot of potential to grow and improve. managers are quite understanding and take the time to train you in skills you need to grow. I would recommended TP to everyone who has a passion for bettering ourself.

Apart from giving Salary on the time, there's hardly anything to love about this company.

Dislikes

Biased promotions, favoritism, unethical decision makers whether be it Leadership team members or employee care no one really cares about how you get the targets meet. Ethics is nowhere embedded in the culture. If you want to just withdraw salary on time and keep doing average and substandard service roles without starving for really career shaping opportunities then you may stay here for life.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
