It is an absolute nightmare, if you leave the company they won't give you a relieving letter even after 10 reminders, HR is always biased towards management, agents and reps are cattle. One of the lowest paying companies, and if you decide to quit, they will do everything in their power to make sure you don't leave on a good note and threaten you saying your carreer may be over. It is very flexible in terms of staffing and scheduling. Salary package is on par with industry average. Plenty of opportunities for growth in operations & operations support.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals tend to be sub-par for most of the population. Non operations staff generally have fewer opportunities for growth and a heavier workload without any overtime.

Teleperformance is amazing place to work. They are taking care of all employees. We have temperature check at every point. We are getting daily new mask, we have sanitizer everywhere so we can wash our hand every now and then.
