There is too much of internal politics. The company does not pay on time. There is no effective and proactive communication from company's end. Even after multiple follow ups from the higher management, I still haven't received my FNF from company's side. Worst experience ever.

I have heard to company politics but here it is to next level. Salary is given as per company's wish so u should and cannot ask to delay as they will never address. No HR support U don't know the hierarchy as any one who is favourite is management person so the rules changes from person to person U have to come on time but cannot goon time as it's an offense U will have no clarity on what u r working,neither will be trained. And all those posted positive about this company is one of those favourite employees only. U slog but no respect for ur work.u can be fired any time....Read More
