Teknobuilt - Program Manager - Client Success & Delivery (5-6 yrs)

Role Definition:

- Project Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering the projects for Teknobuilt's clients ensuring client success.

- Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources; setting objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks; planning tools like Gantt charts can be used to create a visual project plan.

Project Management:

Define and follow a standard process, as defined by a professional project management organization, such as the APM (Association for Project Management) or the PMI (Project Management Institute)Monitoring and controlling the project activities in order to track the progress of the project; coordinating with the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget; budget management; identify and manage risks to ensure timely deliveries; handling uncertainties and changes; project site visit as and when required to support productivity engineers and manage client; report regularly to management and the client, writing (word documents, excels and power point) and presenting weekly & monthly reports; organising and holding client meetings

Project Implementation:

Onboarding the project team (Teknobuilt and Client); Preparing, leading and managing internal and external pre-kick off, kick-off and review meetings; Lead the implementation of Teknobuilt's products and services on client specific projects; leading the project account with the client; user onboarding; working closely with product development (software) team for user feedback, bug fixes, product improvements ensuring timely delivery of the project

Leading the Project Team:

Liaison with the client and Teknobuilt's internal product development and operations team to deliver all aspects of the awarded work scope; help client, PMO team and owners in project execution including coordination between site, client's head/corporate office, subject matter experts and project stakeholders; lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations; be a self-driver; keep up the spirit of the project team

Ensuring Client Success:

Stakeholder management using stakeholder matrix; Ensuring user onboarding and user adoption for Teknobuilt's products; promote products' usage skilfully and overcoming any user resistance; effectively promote the use of Teknobuilt's products and develop healthy relationships with stakeholders to become a go-to person for the project; building client confidence; develop high level relationships with potential clients, key client's personnel and partner with senior management; project closure - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project
