Role & responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to provide Program Management from low to medium cross-functional projects and programs driving process efficiency and governance. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate lifecycle, from strategy to transactions and project design & delivery through ongoing operations and lease and sublease management
Leads low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end, with a focus on connecting various workstreams from Transactions Management, Project Management and Workplace Services/Facilities Management. Responsible for documenting new processes and updating existing processes through playbook creation and updates. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Responsible for program competition against set deadlines and requirements determined by the client. Provides training of new/updated processes as needed.
Partner with key real estate functions including Workplace Services, Project Delivery & Design, Real Estate Strategy & Transactions and others to bring process efficiencies in day to day operations.
Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.
Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Provides appropriate levels of detail and summarizes complex issues succinctly.
Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. May provide consultation on complex low to medium scale projects that integrate into an organized program.
Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.

Understanding of corporate real estate processes including transaction management, project management, workplace services/facilities management, and workplace experience.
Demonstrated experience of supporting and driving major initiatives across a diverse, fast paced environment while fostering effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong general business acumen (finance, accounting, operations) and ability to distill complex issues, develop solutions and implement effective strategies.
Ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate distributed teams and maintain alignment to the business strategies.
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills while having attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as in a leadership role with proven ability to maintain composure under deadline pressure.
Ability to think strategically and act in a detailed, hands-on manner while operating in a high impact, results-driven, fast-paced environment.
Effectively collaborate across multiple teams and within the Real Estate and Workplace Services organization.
4-7+ years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong process skills, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Google Suite and Salesforce products including Slack.
